What happens to what you send us.
This page covers healthos.vnsis.com only — the marketing site, not the HealthOS product itself, which has its own security model (described on the Product page). Short version: we collect only what our demo-request form asks for, we use it only to talk to you about HealthOS, and nothing on this site tracks you.
What we collect
Only what you type into the Book a demo form: your name, work email, facility name, and — optionally — your facility type and a free-text note. We also record which page sent us the request and your browser's user-agent string, purely to help us route and troubleshoot enquiries.
That's the entire list. There is no other form on this site, no account to create, and nothing collected passively — see "Cookies and tracking" below.
Why we collect it
To reply to your demo request and have the conversation you asked for — nothing else. Your submission is stored and a notification is sent to our own sales inbox so a real person follows up.
What we don't do
- No newsletter. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to anything.
- No third parties. Your details are never sold, shared, or handed to a marketing platform.
- No cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts anywhere on this site — we don’t run any.
- No use of your information beyond replying to what you asked us.
Where it's stored
In a database only our own backend service can read — it is not accessible to anonymous or general authenticated requests, only to the specific server-side process that handles new demo requests. We handle it the way we say we handle everything: NDPR-aligned practice. That's a statement about how we operate, not a third-party certification — we're not aware of one that applies here, and we won't claim one we don't hold.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and sets no cookies of any kind. What you see is what loads — there is nothing running in the background.
Removing your information
Email healthos@vnsis.com and ask us to delete your demo request — we will, and we'll confirm once it's done. If you'd rather not wait on a reply, the same address reaches a real person for anything else about how your information is handled.
Changes to this page
If what this site collects or does with it ever changes, this page changes first — before the new behaviour ships, not after.
