About
Built where the power actually goes out.
HealthOS is made by VNSIS Technologies Limited, a deep-technical product and services studio working on infrastructure, security and systems architecture. We build the foundations organisations run on — and HealthOS is that idea applied to a hospital.
Why an OS
A management system assumes conditions we don't have.
A hospital management system is, structurally, a set of forms over a database. It assumes steady power, steady internet, and one building — and it stops being useful the moment any of those blink. That describes an ordinary Tuesday across most of the facilities we build for.
So we built the thing underneath instead. An operating system runs the machine whether or not the network is up, exposes primitives that everything else composes from, and supervises the work rather than waiting to be asked. HealthOS does those three things for a facility.
The result is a product where the most persuasive demo is watching someone pull a cable out of a wall and nothing happening.
How we build
Three rules we don't trade away.
Patient-safety features cannot regress quietly
Death recording, sentinel events and medication safety get guarded flows of their own, and changes to them are treated as changes to safety equipment — not as UI work.
The audit trail is not negotiable
Every clinically or financially significant action is recorded, the log is append-only, and an audit write is never allowed to fail silently.
Offline is the default, not the fallback
If a feature only works with a connection, we don't count it as finished. That rule is why the offline story holds up under an unplugged cable.
The company
VNSIS Technologies Limited
A registered Nigerian company building deep-technical products — systems, infrastructure and security. Alongside HealthOS we run a services practice and other product work, which is where the architecture habits behind this product came from.

Working with hospitals already?
We work with referral partners, implementation partners and payer networks. If you have relationships with facilities that need this, we should talk.
