A note we'd rather give you upfront: we advise against Web above clinic scale. A busy hospital on a no-offline client will feel it the first time the connection drops, and Connect adds the full offline application for a modest step up.

Capacity

Sized by what you actually use, not by what you're called.

Bed count doesn't set your tier and neither does the word above your door — some clinics run fifty beds, some hospitals run thirty. Tier is set by two things the software itself measures: active staff accounts and active patient records. Whichever is higher decides it.

Clinic

Up to 10 staff accounts and 3,000 active patient records.

Clinics, diagnostic centres, specialist practices.

Hospital

Up to 50 staff accounts and 25,000 active patient records.

What a subscription includes

One number for your first year.

Deployment, onboarding and your first year of access are a single figure — there is no separate setup invoice arriving behind it. From year two you pay the annual subscription and nothing else. Everything is quoted in naira.
